Hi All! Zaidee here from Customer Success with a quick preview of a new feature- Case Status Updates! Our goal here is to add more tracking functionality even after your referrals have been signed on the platform. Here's a breakdown of the updates:
Receiving attorneys will be sent reminders via email every 90 days for two years after a case is mark as Signed. These update prompts will include the following fields:
- Required: Case Status (Open or Closed)
- Required: Matter Stage (Investigation & Treatment, Pre-litigation & Negotiation, Litigation, Settlement / Lien Resolution, Dropped / Declined)
- Optional: Additional context, free text
These status updates will then be shared with the referring attorney automatically, and listed on the case details page in Attorney Share. The referring attorney can also request off-cycle updates at anytime.
