Email Changes
We are currently unable to update your email address while ensuring you still have full access to all your history under your current email. Email domains and firms are closely linked on the platform, and we are unable to move your case history from one firm to another whether that be a firm change or a net new firm.
If you wish to send notifications to a new email or different User Roles please watch this step-by-step video on how to invite a member to your firm. If your new email domain is indicative of a new firm, we would actually recommend that you create a net new account with your new email, here is a video tutorial on how to create a new firm account. While it might seem like a hassle to start over, creating a new account will reduce potential issues down the line. Our product is still new, and we're working hard to add more features soon!
