I wanted to take a moment to walk you through the analytics dashboard, which you can access from one of the tabs at the top of your Attorney Share account.
This dashboard provides valuable data and insights at the firm level. The information is divided into two main sections: Referring and Referee. These sections represent your outbound versus inbound referral metrics.
Let's walk through each of these sections. Some of the modules are self-explanatory, but I’ll cover them to ensure clarity.
The first module is Overall Performance, which is divided into referring and referee data. This displays your outbound versus inbound referrals. The four columns in this section are as follows:
- Posted Cases: The total number of cases you have posted.
- Matched Cases: The number of cases where the prospect attorney has agreed to review the materials.
- Signed Cases: The number of cases where the prospect attorney has confirmed that they have signed the client.
From the referee side, you will see:
- Proposals Sent: The number of cases on which you have submitted proposals to take on.
- Matched Cases: The number of those proposals where you were granted access to the full case information.
- Signed Cases: The number of cases where you have officially taken on the client.
Next, the dashboard shows firm-level data by individual attorney. This includes the most active attorneys, the number of cases they have been involved with (both referred out and referred in), and their total case activity.
You will also see the Top Practice Areas, which can vary depending on your firm and the attorneys within it. This section helps you keep track of activity by practice area.
At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll notice two modules marked as a Premium Feature Preview. These are currently available to all users but will eventually be rolled out as part of a premium user package. For now, I encourage you to explore these features, as they may not be available in the future.
The first preview feature is the ability to view performance by attorney. By clicking on the dropdown, you can view performance data specific to each attorney listed under your firm. For example, selecting an attorney, such as Brad, will display the same data as in the overall performance module, but filtered by attorney.
The second preview feature provides a more in-depth look at performance by practice area. This will allow you to see the same data from the overall performance module, but broken down by practice area.
