Video Transcript:
Attorney Share is completely free for the referring attorney. There are no fees associated with sending cases to the Marketplace or your Waterfalls. In this video, I'll show you how to create a new referral on Attorney Share.
You can create a new case from two places: under the 'Marketplace' tab, where you'll find the 'Create a New Case' option, or under the 'My Referrals' tab, which also has the same option. Simply click on it.
This will take you to the 'Create a New Case' page, where you can fill out the Case Overview, Lead Info, and Case Ownership details. If you are an Attorney posting on behalf of another Attorney in your firm or if you're a Case Manager posting for an Attorney, you can add the Attorney's name here. If you're an Attorney and want your Case Managers to access the case files, select the option to add their name.
You can choose whether the case will be sent to the Marketplace or placed under your Waterfall Referrals. For more details on these options, there is another video that explains them in depth.
You can also adjust the fees and pricing; the default is set to 33, but you can modify it as needed. The Data Room is where you can upload all necessary documents, such as police reports, photos, or any other case-related files. You can also include additional details about the case here.
Once all the necessary information is provided and the required boxes are checked, you can proceed to create the case. To view your case status, go to your 'My Referrals' tab to see if your case has been matched, signed, or if any further action is needed.
If you encounter any issues or if your screen looks different from what is shown in this video, please reach out to us at support@attorneyshare.com for assistance.
