Attorney Share makes it easy to manage your whole firm under one umbrella. If you are planning on having more than one user (including attorneys and non-licensed support staff) from your firm using Attorney Share, we recommend that the first account should always be created for the principal attorney. Attorney Share requires at least one attorney with a valid license to be listed on each firm. Once that user is created, the principal attorney can navigate to the 'Firm Settings' page under their profile picture in the top right corner of their screen and invite other users to the firm. Invited users will receive sign up instructions in their email inbox. You can read more about the different options for users here: User Roles within the Firm.
If anyone from an existing Attorney Share firm attempts to create a net new account and firm, they will be met with the below message box, prompting them to communicate with the existing admin of their firm to invite them to the platform.
