Attorney Share sends users SMS and email notifications for all things needing your attention! To learn more about our notification preferences and how to adjust them to best serve your firm's needs please continue below.
Transactional Notifications
Control how you receive important Email and SMS updates about activity on Attorney Share. Choose the notification level that works best for you, ensuring you stay informed without unnecessary distractions. Update your preferences anytime to match your workflow, please see descriptions below:
Essential - Notifications for items requiring action from you:
- Receive a case invitation
- Receive a proposal or counteroffer
- Match fee charged
Focused: Notifications for only active case negotiations:
- Proposal about to expire
- Referred case gets rejected
- Request to upload Fee Agreement
Detailed: Notifications for case negotiations needing action from you:
- Proposal on case is rejected/withdrawn
- Waterfall case expired/ signed
- When you need to update a fee agreement
All Notifications: Notifications everything Attorney Share:
- Case Manager assigned/ removed from a case
- Case created by a Firm User
- Case manager sends proposal on your behalf
New Case Alerts
Never miss a referral opportunity! Get real-time notifications when new cases are posted in the marketplace. Customize your alerts to focus on the case that matters most to you.
New Marketplace case alerts are automatically filtered to your licensed state and practice area, as listed on the platform. If you'd like to limit your notifications to only transactional alerts, you can select 'Unsubscribe' on any new Marketplace case alert emails. This will suspend SMS and email marketing notifications. You will still receive all relevant transactional emails and texts for actions on your inbound and outbound referrals!
To update your preferred notification method, click on the circular icon containing your profile photo in the top right corner of the Attorney Share platform. From there, select "My Account", then select "Notification Preferences". Select desired preferences, click "Enable Notifications" and click "Save Changes".
