There are two different types of Attorney users on Attorney Share, this is determined after the attorney's bar license has been vetted. Each type of user has a different permission in regard to the Marketplace:
Standard: users with an active bar license in their state(s) but have disciplinary history or administrative actions on their platform in the last 10 years. These users appear on the platform with no additional badging on their profile. Please see below for platform permissions:
- Able to post cases
- Able to be invited to specific cases
- UNABLE to submit proposals to marketplace cases
Attorney Share Qualified: users who are currently in good standing with their State Bar(s) and have no disciplinary history in the last 10 years. These users are denoted by a teal circle around their profile picture. Please see below for platform permissions:
- Able to post cases
- Able to be invited to specific cases
- Able to submit proposals to marketplace cases
If you are currently unable to submit proposals to Marketplace cases, this indicates either that you are a Standard user, or that our team is still in the process of verifying your bar license.
