Your chats can be accessed by selecting the chat bubble icon next to your profile picture in the top right of your screen. The chats in this tab are filtered into 'Case Messages' and 'Direct Messages.'
- Case Messages are conversations about specific cases on the platform. You can start a Cases Messages conversation by selecting the 'Send Message' button on a case details page. This will allow both inbound and outbound users to keep their messages organized by case.
- Direct Messages are more general conversations with other attorneys on the platform. You can start a Direct Message conversation by selecting the 'Send Message' button on a user's member profile. These messages will be organized by user rather than case.
